What is a Quote? Why use one?
A quote is simply a way for you to find out more detailed information, including pricing and shipping costs, about a product before you make a purchase. Most products contain so much information we are unable to list all of it. Certain products are configurable or have different options which we cannot list on the site.
A quote will provide us a way to communicate with you and answer all your questions. A member of our sales team will contact you via e-mail or phone (if you provide a number) and help answer you questions.

How do I request a quote?
Just like a shopping cart, find the products you are interested in, and then add them to your "Quote List" by pressing the button on the product detail page. Once you are finished, press the "send quote" button and we will take you through a simple process to collect some information about you in order to contact you.

What is my quote status?
After completing the quote request, the request will be set to "pending." Once a sales team member has been assigned to your quote, they will contact you with the product information and pricing you requested. If you still have questions or concerns you can respond to the sales team member or visit Contact Us to send an e-mail or call us at 704-357-6284.
If you are registered user of bradydist.com, you can view past quotes in your Quote History.

Can I request a quote over the phone?
Yes. While requesting a quote at bradydist.com is safe and secure, we realize that some of our guests would prefer to request information via the phone. We invite you to browse through our site and then call 704-357-6284 to request a quote by phone. Home Gameroom buyers can also call us Toll Free at 1-866-322-5519.

What personal information do you need? Why?
In order to make you feel more secure, all we require to place a quote is your name and an e-mail address. Our sales team member will contact you via e-mail with your quote information.
To help us in the quote process, the more information you provide the easier it will be for us to help you. We can provide discounted shipping quotes based on your shipping address. Provide only the information you feel comfortable sharing.
For quotes on shipping costs, we will need your destination zip code. We do offer a discount on shipping if you pick it up at the trucking terminal or if you have it delivered to a business address with loading dock.

Why should I register?
Once you register with bradydist.com, you can make your checkouts even shorter. With the information you provide in your settings on My Account, we'll fill in your forms for you the next time you check out or request a quote. How much information you give us is completely up to you. Registering also lets you update your information and check your order and quote status anytime.
