What is my order status?

After completing an order, the status will be set to "pending." Once a sales team member has contacted you with your grand total, we will process your credit card and your order status will be set to "processed." If you still have questions or concerns you can respond to the sales team member or visit Contact Us to send an e-mail or call us at 704-357-6284.

What is your online return and exchange policy?

An original packing receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges.

You can make returns or exchanges with an original bradydist.com packing receipt. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened. Some items are subject to a restocking fee. Other restrictions may apply.

Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.

All other returns or exchanges - including those without receipt - will be offered manufacturers' warranty and repair assistance.

Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I order merchandise from the website over the phone?

Yes. While shopping at bradydist.com is safe and secure, we realize that some of our guests would prefer to order via the phone. We invite you to browse through our site and then call 704-357-6284 to place your order by phone. Home Gameroom buyers can also call us Toll Free at 1-866-322-5519.

What are my shipping options?

We offer three modes of shipping. The Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order. Some products cannot be shipped Standard or Express due to federal regulations or size restrictions.

If you order online or by phone, you will be notified after your order is confirmed if an item is on backorder. Backordered items will normally be shipped within 30 days.

We do offer a discount on shipping if you pick it up at the trucking terminal or if you have it delivered to a business address with loading dock.

The item I bought yesterday is now on sale. Can I get the lower price?

If we advertise a lower price in the week of, or in the week following your full-price purchase, simply call us and we will refund the difference. Sorry, no price adjustments can be made for items already on clearance pricing.

Do you ship orders outside the U.S.?

Yes! Bradydist.com is able to ship orders to International addresses. We are pleased to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses using Standard delivery only. When shipping to an APO/FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped outside of the southeast region of the U.S. are not subject to tax. The amount of tax will be calculated based on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.
